Annual
Supporter Program
The InfraGard Denver Members’
Alliance, Inc. (“IDMA”) is pleased to present our newly-modified Supporter
Program for the remainder of the 2006 year.
In order to raise funds for an administrative assistant, meeting
facilities, training materials, and to defray costs of quarterly and special
meetings, the Board of Directors has approved the following guidelines for the
2006 Annual Supporter program.
There are three levels of support available. The first level (Platinum) is at $5,000 per
year. The second level (Gold) is at $1,000 per year. The third level (Silver) is at $250 per
year.
Supporter Requirements (All Levels):
1. Supporters agree with the InfraGard Denver Members’ Alliance, Inc. mission as stated
at
http://www.denverinfragard.org/About%20InfraGard/AboutInfra.aspx
2. Supporters
agree to focus on improving the professional knowledge and expertise of
critical infrastructure defenders, first responders, and security practitioners
through an education-oriented rather than sales approach. The InfraGard
Denver Members’ Alliance will not provide membership lists.
3. Supporters
agree to promote services and products to IDMA members only after the express
permission of those members to be solicited has been received. This is also
known as the “opt-in” policy. In conjunction with the opt-in policy, Supporters
also agree to adhere to a “no-spam” and chapter privacy policies, and membership
names, contact information, and distribution lists will NOT be shared under any
circumstances under this program. The InfraGard Denver Members’ Alliance logo may not be utilized
or displayed without written approval from the IDMA Executive Board under this
program.
4. To
emphasize IDMA’s education mission, sponsor or product specific “standalone” displays or showcases are
not permitted at any events.
5. The InfraGard
Denver Members’ Alliance, Inc. reserves the right to amend the program at any
time, and abuse of the program could result in termination from the program.
6. The InfraGard
Denver Member’s Alliance, Inc. has agreed to abide by terms of membership in
the InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA). From time too time, terms of membership may
cause changes to this program.
Accordingly, the InfraGard Denver Member’s
Alliance, Inc. reserves the right to modify this program to maintain compliance
with INMA provisions.
(ALL): Annual Supporters may participate
in one special event per year at their same level for one-half of the regular
Special Event prices.
(Platinum & Gold Level):
1. Supporters are encouraged to
network with InfraGard members and guests at
quarterly meetings and create meaningful one-to-one relationships which help
IDMA members enhance their security posture, reduce risk, solve problems and
provide solutions.
2. Logo, tagline or short
description, and URL displayed on Official Supporter section of quarterly IDMA
announcements.
3. Shared brochure table at each
quarterly IDMA meeting for Supporters’ marketing materials (one stack or
single-slot display) not to be staffed.

click-through link to Supporter’s homepage.
2. Display of
tagline or short paragraph describing the Supporter.

Quarterly Meetings
1. Supporters are encouraged to
network with IDMA members and guests at quarterly meetings and create
meaningful one-to-one relationships which help IDMA members enhance their
security posture, reduce risk, solve problems and provide solutions.
2. Business card displayed on
Official Supporter section of quarterly IDMA announcements.

The InfraGard Denver Member's Alliance
is quickly approaching 500 members strong, many of which represent
companies that own and control Critical Infrastructures and Key Assets. Our distribution list has over 700 subscribers. ttendance
at Quarterly meetings averages nearly 150.
